The program focuses on values that challenge students to use their influence for good and to affect change. Students learn to self-evaluate, grow through community, and put an action step into practice every week. These sessions are facilitated by community leaders who serve as a model and resource for their growth.

Students learn from a Community Varsity Leader who lives out their values and then puts them into practice together by participating in an outreach that impacts others

Each week, students have to rate themselves and their team on how they are doing on that value and what action step they will take to improve on it

Program Timeline
Facilitator will introduce the value of the week > Teams will break into groups, read through curriculum, and highlight key points > Groups will discuss their key points as a team > Students will evaluate and complete each question at the end of the lesson > Facilitators will explain action steps and have students set an achievable weekly goal
Teams and their facilitators will put the lessons they learned into practice with a bridge-building community outreach that will serve as a launching point for students’ incorporating service into their lives.
